We collect and process data from you when you apply for employment opportunities advertised on this website or when you contact us with your investment or venture proposals or opportunities. Furthermore, we may collect information you provide by phone, email, in person or otherwise in later stages of your application.

You may provide different types of information in order for Richmond Group to provide our services and products to you:

  • For active vacancies
    We collect data from you when you send your application to our recruitment@rgroup.co.uk email address. This may include, but is not limited to, contact details (name, address, phone number, Skype username) and application materials such as education and work records, CVs and cover letters.

  • For investment and venture opportunities
    If you are an entrepreneur or a business owner, Richmond Group may collect any parts of your business proposal and financial information you choose to send and share with us. We will also collect personal data related to the contact details such as names, addresses, phone numbers etc.

Use and Storage

The information we collect from potential recruitment, investment and venture candidates will be used to qualify the applications against our internal criteria.

Recruitment data will be stored for 12 months from the date of your initial application.

Non-Personal data may be used for monitoring and service improvement purposes but will be suitably anonymised or pseudonymised when necessary to perform these tasks. Consequently, these analytics cannot be linked back to you personally.

You have the right to withdraw your consent and delete your personal data at any point by contacting us at privacy@rgroup.co.uk but please be aware this will also terminate any ongoing application you may have with us.

Data Sharing

We may share your personal information within the Richmond Group. It will be in line with the uses listed in this policy. If you provide referees’ details, we may communicate with them during the application process.

We will not use or share personal information with any marketing organisations.

Your data privacy rights

  • Delete the personal information related to you or any application you have made that the Richmond Group hold.
