All new operators undergo a week's intensive training. After that you are assigned a 'buddy' who will work with you until you are confident enough to go it alone. Training doesn't stop once you are in the job either, with courses run regularly to enhance your skills, regular coaching by your manager, and the possibility of joining our Management Development Program.
We believe that we all achieve more than people who work for larger corporate finance companies because we enjoy our work. One of the main reasons that team members enjoy working for us is the fact that they work with their friends. We strongly encourage socialising and arrange numerous social functions throughout the year such as evenings out, Theme park days and of course our infamous Christmas bash. So not only will you have the stimulation of a great new job, but you'll have a brilliant social life too.
One of the main reasons that people cite for leaving jobs with financial companies is monotony. To combat this issue we have a 'rotational' system that allows operators and managers to work for a minimum period of 3 months in any department before applying for a transfer to another department. This means that you can do up to seven completely different jobs, expanding your skills and making you a much better manager, should you progress within the company.
