Reporting to the Managing Director your responsibilities will include:
Managing a team responsible for internal and external accountancy, internal audits, and transactional processing
Managing and controlling cash-flow
Financial Analysis and making recommendations to the board
Production of statutory and Management accounts
Internal Audit and loss prevention
Asset Management
IT and Systems
Risk Management
Company Secretarial Duties
Budget forecasting and planning
