Dental & optical insurance
Everyone knows how difficult it is to get a decent NHS dentist nowadays. Working for the Richmond Group that’s something you will never have to worry about. As soon as you have completed 6 months service you will be automatically signed up to our HSA Dental Insurance plan that covers the cost of check ups and the majority of dental work at any private or NHS practice.

Full training and appraisal package
We value you as a part of our team and we are willing to invest in your development. To prove it we invest not only time but also a significant amount of money on your induction and ongoing training. If you decide to go along the management route we have a full development package, which will enable you to fulfil your maximum potential.

Monthly bonuses
Based on an appraisal system that makes enthusiasm and teamwork more important than individual statistics, monthly bonuses are calculated on group profitability and individual contribution and can be anything up to 50% of your salary.

Your birthday off paid
At the Richmond Group you never have to phone in sick to get to spend your birthday doing what you want to do. Every member of our team gets their choice of either their birthday or the next working day afterwards off fully paid. This is in addition to the normal holiday entitlement.

An extra holiday day for every year you work with us

Duvet days
No one likes having to work on a Saturday, so to make it up to you, if you are part of a team that has to do some week end hours, you will be able to ask for mid week duvet days whenever you need some time off. Duvet days are basically sick days where you don’t have to pretend to be sick. Duvet Days are at you manager’s discretion and on a first come first served basis.

Team prizes
Daily team competitions allow the most productive team members to go home with anything from wine and chocolates to cash prizes or iPods.

Team nights out
To encourage a great team atmosphere the group regularly pays for team nights out, days out to theme parks, restaurant meals, beach parties and of course our legendry Christmas bash.

Mobile phones
Every manager in the company gets a free Nokia 6300. The phone comes with 500 free X-network minutes per month and can be used for work or personal phone calls.

Subsidised vending machines
It's a small thing but we think that charging for tea or coffee, or trying to make a profit on selling you a Mars bar is tight. That's why, where possible, our machines are on free vend, and at the very least crisps, sweets and chocolate are sold for 50% of the normal retail price.

Free food
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. To make sure our staff never have to start work on an empty stomach Doughnuts, Croissants, toasties and fresh fruit are all provided free of charge in our kitchen. At least once a week managers arrange pizza or lunchtime takeaways for their team. In the summer ice cream and cold drinks are provided free of charge.

Friday BBQs
During the summer months the Richmond Group Environment team holds our famous Friday B-B-Qs weekly. With a great range of burgers kebabs, salads, ball games and our giant Bouncy castle it’s a great way to wind down from a hard week’s work and get ready for the weekend.

Parking
All Richmond Group employees who sign up to our gym membership scheme can park free every day at The Club, a 10-minute walk away from our Richmond Hill Offices. Managers and anyone who has worked at the Richmond Group for over 6 months can park in our Walton House car park between 9am and 6pm. All employees are free to park at Walton House during evening and weekend shift hours.
