Over a 7-year period, FLM has delivered staggering financial performance, customer-centric products and an award-winning employee experience.We are currently looking to hire an experienced Head of Marketing to develop our B2C marketing strategy and brand presence for our guarantor lending business FLM Loans.
What we’ll ask you to do:
- Develop and execute a brand and direct marketing strategy to support FLM’s Goals and Business Model
- Manage agency relationships to deliver superior results.
- Develop Marketing Plan using Brand Bible and Direct Marketing interventions
- Developing clear targets and measures
- Develop strong relationships with all key stakeholders and the Board
- Strike a balance between embedding corporate best practice and maintaining the entrepreneurial culture of FLM
- Manage at a time of considerable cultural, organisational and operational change
- Develop world-class data and information sources (both external and internal)
What we’ll think you’ll need:
- Experience at Senior Management level (Board Director or
Head of Function) in direct response marketing - Successful track record of devising and implementing effective
marketing strategies covering the entire marketing mix - Proven track record of managing a Marketing Function in a high growth
environment - Proven ability to manage key internal and external stakeholders at the
most senior levels - Proven leadership and people management skills, including performance
management, training and development, remuneration - Full membership of Chartered Institute of Marketing/Degree in Marketing
or Business Studies or able to demonstrate equivalent marketing experience - Ability to meet the
intellectual and technical demands of the job - Strategy experience with demonstrable track record of organisational
leadership and direction
NB: This role can either be based at our London or Bournemouth offices.
