Package: £19,000 – £23,000 per annum + up to 30% monthly Bonus + Benefits Package

Due to our growth in 2011, we are looking for an ambitious candidate with the potential to develop into a first class analyst to join our Measure and Improve team. As part of the MI team you will work with experienced Auditors, developers and Analysts who are passionate about our business, driving forward operational standards and improving the customer experience.
What we’ll ask you to do:
- Become absorbed in every part of the customer journey and meticulous about perfecting it
- Live and breathe the customer experience through call listening and bring the voice of the customer close to the company
- Engage your passion for our company/brand promises to drive you in investigating, questioning and perfecting current processes
- Create change by creating knowledge
We think you’ll need:
- Experience in owning a process/set of standards, and ensuring its operation is flawless
- Excellent research skills and the ability to “think outside the box”
- Energy, intelligence, curiosity, creativity, numeracy skills and good written/oral communications
- The ability to influence, identify improvements and drive forward change with confidence
